Operations and management audit

The filed of operations and management audit is far more extensive than examination of accounting and financial accounts. Operations and management audit includes audit of strategic and annual goals, plans, programmes and projects in operation, public and internal administration activities, etc. Auditas, JSC prepares a system analysis of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness, and submits a report with factual remarks and recommendations concerning improvement of the operations and (or) management of the company, when performing the audit of the operations and/or management of companies, institutions or their subdivisions.
