Forensics
Under the Forensics law of the Republic of Lithuania No. IX-1161 of 28 October 2002 forensic is performed by Court experts included in the list of Court experts of the Republic of Lithuania.
A practice has formed in Lithuania to assign the experts working at the Forensics institution, i. e. the state institution or its subdivision, to criminal or civil cases.
