Evaluation of reorganisation conditions (audit)

Reorganisation conditions are prepared for reorganisation of companies.

Under the terms of LR Law of private limited liability companies of the Republic of Lithuania the reorganisation conditions are evaluated by an audit company, which is contracted by every company participating and being reorganised.
