HISTORY
Accounting and management company Auditas, JSC (hereinafter Auditas, JSC) started its activities in 1991 and is the first national accounting and audit company in Lithuania. We are one of the largest national auditing companies in Lithuania for 19 years already. In 1992 Auditas, JSC created and published a scientific-practice business and law magazine “Verslas ir teisė” (Business and law) (currently “Verslo komercinė teisė” – Commercial business law). In 2008 Auditas, JSC entered the network of accounting, audit and consulting companies Nexia International. The network consists of 620 offices and 23,000 professionals in the entire world. Nexia International covers 100 countries and is in the top ten of the biggest audit companies. After becoming member of the international audit company Nexia, the conclusions of the auditor of Auditas, JSC are recognised in other countries of the world. Auditas, JSC continues developing the traditions formed by itself and “Nexia” by providing a broader scope of services and is continuously seeking long-term cooperation. We can offer complex services on both local and international scale. The rich experience gathered over the many years of activities of the company is successfully employed for satisfying the needs of our clients. Auditas, JSC has embraced a system for audit quality control according to the international quality control standard, and the services being provided are insured with civil and compulsory insurance of civil amenability. Over the entire period of activities of the company no claims by the clients have been received concerning the quality of provided services, and staff of the company has a reputation of competent and honest specialists and have not received disciplinary punishments from controlling institutions. STAFF
The pride of the company are the highly qualified specialists who know the specifics of their work excellently. Auditas, JSC has 16 employees, including three attested auditors and seven assistant auditors included in the list of assistants of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors. The staff of the company has extensive knowledge in fields of audit, accounting, taxes, internal control, finances, law and have a high sense of responsibility. DIRECTOR OF AUDITAS, JSC DR. ASSOC. PROF. RIŠARDAS KRINICKIS
Rišardas Krinickis graduated from Vilnius University and was the qualification of economist accountant, later finished postgraduate studies. In 1982 he received a doctoral degree in economics at the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics. R. Krinickis worked at the position of expert, Chief Research Fellow at the Accounting Investigations laboratory at the Forensic Science Institute of Lithuania (1974-1982), Chief Economist, Head of Department at the Vilnius Design and Construction of Automatic Control Systems Office (1982-1985), Associate professor, Head of the Accounting Department of the Institute of Qualification Advancement of managers and specialists of the Republic of Lithuania (1985-1991), director of the accounting and control company Auditas, JSC (1991-1993), Deputy State Controller of the State Control of the Republic of Lithuania (1993-1997), director of the accounting and control company Auditas, JSC (1997-present). R. Krinickis is one of the Lithuanian legislative drafters on the issues of accounting, control and audit since 1990. Member of the first Board of Audit and Accounting Institute throughout 1995-1997. Member of Presidium of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors (LAR) throughout 2004-2006. Awarded a medal and certificate of appreciation of the Audit Committee of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania in December 2007 for determination and input into developing and improving modern system of independent audit in Lithuania.
